Who doesn’t love a good meatball? Not only are these delicious, but they are super easy to make and I really appreciate the convenience of these little guys. This recipe holds the magic ingredient to making turkey moist and juicy. To see how I make them check out my recipe below.


Lean ground turkey

1/2 of a fresh zucchini, diced into tiny cubes

1/2 C diced white onion

pinch of Pink Hawaiian Sea Salt

1 tsp itallian seasoning


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl. With your hands, gently mix all of the ingredients until well incorporated.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (for easy cleanup).

Roll mixture into 15 round balls and place on cooking sheet.

Place cookie sheet with your turkey meatballs in the oven and bake for about 20-30 min or until done. To brown them a little you can turn your oven to broil for about 2 min (watch carefully).

This recipe yields approximately  3 servings (4oz each).
