As your Trainer I will push you to reach your full potential by creating a workout environment suitable for you and your goals. Your program will be tailored to your individual health and fitness goals. I will inspire you to be the best you that you can be.
I have packages for 2 days a week, 3 days a week, 4 days a week or 5 days a week.
Group Training is comprised of 2-6 women and has all of the benefits as a 1-1 training session but you get the added benefit of socializing and workout with other women.
- Training program designed for your individual goals.
- Nutrition Guidance based on your health and fitness goals.
- Weekly Check-in and consulting session.
- 1-1 or Group Training sessions (based on your specific package).
Location: All training sessions are held in my personal studio in the Keller, TX/North Ft. Worth area (near Heritage Trace and No. Beach).
